RETURNS POLICY

We understand that sometimes an item just isn't right. As long as your purchase was made from House of Zyra and is in its original condition, you can return it. Returns are accepted within 14 days. To be eligible for a return, items should be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging included. Please ensure the security tag remains attached, as we're unable to accept returns without it.

Eligible Items for Return

To receive a full refund items must be:

• Unworn, unused, unwashed and in the same condition you received them
• With all original tags attached
• Security tag to remain attached
• In the original packaging

How to Start a Return

Email us at contact@houseofzyra.co.uk with your order details to start your return. Include your order number and the items you wish to return.

Refunds

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Refunds may take up to 7 days to be processed once we receive your return, with an additional 1–5 days for the amount to appear in your account.
• Keep proof of postage until your refund is processed.

Returns Charges

• Returns incur a £3.50 fee per parcel which is deducted from your refund if you have used our return label.
• If you have received a faulty item, please contact us.

If your item is faulty or incorrect, email contact@houseofzyra.co.uk immediately. We'll provide instructions to resolve the issue promptly.
