How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Do you ship internationally?

Where can I find my tracking number?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Courier notifications will also be sent. If you haven't received one, please email contact@houseofzyra.co.uk with your order reference.

How can I track my shipment once it's dispatched?

What if I am not there when my order is delivered?

Couriers will leave a calling card with collection or redelivery options. If you need help, email contact@houseofzyra.co.uk.

How do I change the shipping address?

Help! My order hasn't arrived when expected. What should I do?

What is your returns policy?

Returns are accepted within 14 days. To be eligible for a return, items should be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging included. Please ensure the security tag remains attached, as we're unable to accept returns without it.

Returns Charges

Returns incur a £3.50 fee per parcel which is deducted from your refund if you have used our return label. If you have received a faulty item, please contact us.
